I HAD TAKEN OUT 2 POLICIES IN 2012 , I WAS PROMISED WHEN TAKING OUT THE POLICY THAT OVER AND ABOVE THE POLICY VALUE PAYABLE ON DEAT THERE IS A FREE BASIC FUNERAL SERVICE WHICH INCLUDES A FREE COFFIN ,FREE TRABSPOTATION OF THE DECEASED IN SOUTH AFRICA , FREE GRAVE SIDE EQUIPMENT THAT IS TENTS CHAIRS ECT. NOW WHEN I CALL IN TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS POLICY I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS NO SUCH THING BUT ON THE WEBSITE IT STATE AS SUCH....
