Incorrect Debit order dates set

Good day

Please assist, I have a problem I have cancelled my debit order with avbob,I have called called numerous times complaining of the ank charges because avbob comes and deduct the premiums on the 23rd when I only get paid on the 25th that creates bank charges and want all those amounts to be recovered because that was the reason I cancelled and opted to go pay at the stores but it becomes a problem because I never get time and end up missing the dates and not paying the premiums, even now I received the sms saying they are going to deduct 2 premiums shortly AND THERE IS NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT. This has been going on for 4 years now and I have complained before.I need this to be investigated and all my bank charges to be Recovered I spoke to Tshepang Tshabalala and He confirmed that my date was indeed set to the 23rd.due to this incompetence of the previous agents I spoke to my premiums are behind.can I have this sorted out
