Inconsistent and insensitive

So my aunt passed away on friday due to a long chronic disease she had. My sister has a policy with Avbob and they have informed us that the body will not come home on Friday they will bring it on Saturday morning day of the funeral . We provided documents from the hospital to prove that this person did not die of COVID-19 it a natural death. We just burried my father last month when we were on level 4 and the body came home on Friday and now avbob want to save cost with us! Now we must call them and beg them to bring them my late aunt on Friday when they know exactly that our practice and we need to perform our traditional ways of before the funeral.

We are already in pain and you are causing ys more pain when we had the policy for so long??????? You are so inconsistent and insensitive I must say? You want us to drag the medai and court even when it not necessary.
