Incompitent and unprofessional

Gooday I lost my job on the 26th of July then I sent an email to avbob asking what's needed to get that 6 Months of no payment the sent me an email with a form that I should fill in and email it back to the together with letter of retrenchment my ui19 form and my satisfied ID copy but they keep on trying to debit my account giving me unnecessary bank chargers and the debit order just bounce coz theres no money in my account
