Cynthia in Pretoria branch you don't know what you are doing there. You can't even make arrangement for a funeral. Instead you blame other branches for your mistake. I'm so disappointed with the service you gave us. You just playing with people and for that I wil never deal with Avbob or refer it to my friends because you wil do the same thing you did to us. We went up and down using our expenses because of you. You didn't even bother to book for us at the cemetery instead Nompumelelo in Midrand branch did. You **** about everything until we fought to get our body for funeral. Thanks to Nompumelelo in Midrand,Precious and her Manger in Kempton branch. What I didn't like in Kempton is for us to do all the job,*****ing the box while my wife holding the baby because the guy who was supposed to do the job was out. We ended up going to the cemetery at 11am instead of 9 because of the laziness of Cynthia who just care about her salary. No more avbob and I want our money back because we even paid at the cemetery because of you. How can Avbob hire people like her? I wonder how many mistakes she has done to others.
