I'm so annoyed with the service we received from Avbob funeral services. My aunt passed away in the morning, on the 24th of December 2018. Avbob took her body the same day at the hospital to their mortuary. On the 27th of December 2018 when we went to enquiry with regards to the funeral documents, they hadn't processed anything and they didn't even know about my aunt's body. According to them they didn't have my aunts bodys in their mortuary. On the 28th still no documents and no way forward with her deceased body and funeral documents. We then went to complain about the service we received at their head offices and the response we received was that it's not the first time people are complaining about the service from Avbob in khayelitsha. So meaning that Avbob in khayelitsha doesn't sympathies with deceased families as they are still continuing in providing people who pay their funeral policy bad customer services. We only received the funeral documents on 2nd of january 2019 and the funeral is on the 5th of january 2019. I mean my aunt's date of death is incorrect, they wrote her DOD was on the 14th of December 2018. I mean really
