Incompetennce and consistent delay
AVBOB is quite *********** when it comes to finalizing a mere initial cash voucher, they say it takes 24 hours but that is not the truth. They do not even answer their phones at Head Office. Funeral arrangements are already stressful now one has to worry about getting the promised and advertised cash voucher.
