Im taking this matter to the media..

Im very dissapointed with Avbob.I took a policy for my aunt. I submitted my claim on. Wednesday this week.. Till now my claim is not paid.. What they did they are busy investing and calling family members to verify if they know me.. All this information they ask now because they are supposed to pay.. They did not when i was doing application.. The lady was rude... I was interogated as if I'm some sort of a ********... I had to go to mashonisa and borrow money so that i also contribute towards funeral... Nothing yet on my account.... Yet they diducted money from my persal monthly... Im going to cancel all my policies with Avbob... No one from my circle of friends will ever have policy with them... Im very disappointed...
