I'm disappointed with avbob

I have a problem with avbob. Why do they allow their members to register people without their consent or knowledge. For instance my mother was registered for payour of R12000 when main member dies. This is nonsense and who can bury someone with R12000?

I sent this on their facebook ' I would like to report an incident where I'm not comfortable with. A family relative who is so reckless with money has covered herself with you guys and last time we checked she registered my mother as beneficiary when she dies, so to be the claimant. So i as my mom's only child I'm not comfortable with someone whos working and drinking her money and then covered herself with R12000. Which funeral has costed R12k? He wants to give my money responsibility and i want to fight that so she removes my mom as beneficiary. We dont want responsibility from the outside relatives not anymore. This is stressful and i want my mom removed from that policy as beneficiary who'll be able to claim when thos person, the main member dies
