******* DEDUCTIONS

Complaint Number: 29960 Reference Number: AL***X8 Firstly, I have never done business with AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society. I have policies with Sanlam and have done business with Old Mutual years ago. I work for the Department of Education. From October 2019 there is an ******* deduction direct from my payslip even before I receive my salary. I didnt apply for any policies with AVBOB and never will after this experience.Keeping in mind it was a deduction already for October 2019, November 2019 and getting salary on the 6th of December. Deduction of R313 x 3 = R939 (If you count in December because that pay is already ready for 6th of December 2019.) Secondly, I have made a complaint online and received a complaint number and a sms telling me im going to be called . Never till this day I was called by AVBOB. I called them. Only to find out that it was at the ***** department (that was all information I got.) I dont really care about the call, email communication is also good enough.Thirdly, it comes down to 3 ******* deductions = R939.00. THAT IS ALOT OF MONEY AND MY MONEY.Fourthly, that needs to be stopped and that ******* deduction money should be paid back to me.AVBOB is taking money that wasnt signed for by myself. I would also request that contact should be made that my money should be paid back to me in my own bank account. AVBOB IS BUSY DOING ******* DEDUCTIONS AND NOT SORTING OUT THE PROBLEM AFTER 2 WEEKS OF COMPLAINT - DIDNT REALLY GIVE ME ANY FEEDBACK ON MY CASE AND MONEY THAT IS MINE.
