I cancelled my policies with Avbob because of rude Call Centre agents after 13 years and Avbob deducted my salary for Oct and Nov i received sms massage to submit my ID AND PROOF OF BANKING of which I did Monday . So far its been a cold shoulder not even acknowledgement of documents received and money not paid back to my account.
Total unfair and I want my money back .
