If Dignified Send Off was a Person, It would be AVBOB's S'bongile and Ben

Let me start by acknowledging that the past year has been absolutely horrible for the world due to the pandemic, and as much as my family and I do our best to not get infected we never expected that our beloved father would succumb to Cancer. So we went to AVBOB to claim and never have I in my entire existence experienced such UBUNTU. A consultant assigned to us was Sibongile Manana, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything we could possibly need to cover is covered. She asked relevant questions and follow up questions to make sure that everything on our to do list is ticked. Made sure that the monies were paid on time every time. She never promised anything she could not deliver and her delivery was always above expectation. She carried our pain and us through this horrific ordeal. Then she assigned us to an angel, as I had to go to the hospital to do the most daunting task of identifying my father's remains. This angel's name is Ben (the driver), unfortunately through it all I neglected to ask for his surname but THIS MAN, this ANGEL was humble, respectful and assured me that he will take me by the hand and walk with me. He was kind, he was genuine, he was what a father should always be to all children in the world. And I felt safe with him by my side. I will never forget the Grace and Dignity S'bongile and Ben offered me and my family in our darkest hour. May God bless them abundantly and May everything they touch turn to Gold.
