I WANT TO SURRENDER MY POLICIES

I took a funeral cover for 3 of my dependents therefore in the process of finalising the cover I was told that I can surrender the policies and will get R1400 for each policy when i no longer want them.In addition they told me if I cancel the policies I won't get any money when I no longer want the policies.I have policy documents with that information that the consultant made me sign when finalizing the formalities of taking the cover.My dependents that i took covers for, are all grown and want to surrender their funeral policies .I visited the Kwa-Mhlanga Avbob branch where I took the policies and told them that i want to surrender all the 3 policies and they surrendered 1 policy without the dependents signature and when i followed-up as to why the other 2 policies were not surrendered ,I was then told that the 2 dependents must come to their offices to sign for the surrender or I must just cancel the policies so that I do not get any surrender funds.I then asked them how come they managed to surrender the 1 policy without the signature I was never given a clear answer and indication as to what is happening.I being assisted by rude AVBOB consultant that I just cornering me into cancelling instead of surrending the other 2 policies.I feel that my rights are being violated as the client and this case is treated with the utmost dis-respect and un-professionalism.Can someone please ensure that the other 2 policies are being surrenderd ASAP. I am being sent from pillar to post whereas I never did that to the company when it was time for me to pay premius.
