I regret taking Avbob policy

I have been claim free for 5 years and was due for my cash back and to my surprise, terms and conditions apply. The amount was calculated from the first year’s premiums not the firth year as they claim and I was told I’m not going to get paid for the additions I made in 2016 even though if it will be the firth year in 2021. I will have to wait again for another 5 years for their pay out which will be in 2026. Please beware of Avbob they are ***** ********. The five year cash back is a ****.
