I have two policies with AVBOB (1) Policy no AL***X7 which commenced in 2008 and (2) Policy no AL***X9 which commenced in 2002

I have two policies with AVBOB (1) Policy no AL***X7 which commenced in 2008 and (2) Policy no AL***X9 which commenced in 2002. My last claim on policy no 2 was in 2014. I saw an advert on TV from AVBOB which says if you have not claimed for a period of 5 years they will refund you all your premiums of the fifth year. This morning (03/08/20) I called them to claim and was told that this applies only on members who joint in 2015 and after. My question is (1) the advert does not say that, (2) we have been with AVBOB for nearly 20 years and we are disadvantaged and only people who joint now can benefit and (3) I am told that I can get a cash bonus at the age of 65 years when they know very well that our pension age is 60 years.
