I am real feel so bad the a company who is running insurance is not liable to their customers, Avbov

<p>My name is Sipho Nala who decide to join Avbob on March this year of<br />2017 because was real hoping that you have good service to your<br />customers, yes I am new customer who has not even 3 months signing<br />your three funeral policies which all are the cash back after 5 years,<br />but I am real so unhappy that you people are not honestly about what<br />you doing to us as it seems as if you are so pathetic to you loyal<br />customers</p> <p>In this short period time I joined d Avbob I am not real happy what<br />they doing to me because their system to run debit order is not up to<br />standard, their system can state that my Absa bank account was debited<br />on the last day of the month, found that if it was s big false after I<br />visit my bank and give them the bank statement, the bank statement<br />states that there were enough to debit the amount of R98.00 for my<br />younger sister in case anything happens to her and the one I pay for<br />the bigger amounts the debit order went successfully, so what surprise<br />me now there is no one who want to resolve this by contact me by email<br />or telepathically because the have my contact details.</p> <p><br />So now I noticed this after contacting my bank found that they deduct<br />two premiums only of R245.00 monthly which supposed to be R334.00 for<br />three policies, i went suddenly to Avbob offices in Joburg on Kruis<br />street on Thursday last week & found the guy who transferred me to<br />Avbob Call Center, a consultant confirmed that the debit was returned<br />unpaid for the premium of R98.00 if she checked on system the guy who<br />transferred me also confirmed that as well that it was unpaid, but I<br />did not receive the notification from my bank account confirming that<br />there were no funds, I ask to speak to the manage & he sad I mus come<br />on Friday, yes I did as he advised me, I speak to the are manager, he<br />said i must bring bank statement, I went to the bank, if I come he saw<br />the the funds were available, he called the back office almost 20<br />minutes, so after he hang up he advised me that there is someone who<br />capture the wrong account number, because I asked them to debit one<br />amount for my three policies because I signed them with one day, so I<br />must pay outstanding plus current amount, I said to him, I am not<br />going to pay it, Avbob must not make their problems to be mine, so he<br />promised to escalate this to the relevant till today, there is no<br />respond.</p> <p>I don,t know where I am regarding may policies right now, anyone who<br />can assist, my hands are open to everyone who can assist about this, I<br />am saying this guys your service is very ***********, you are not real<br />loyal to your customers, can you please try something better the what<br />you current doing this, pull up your sock & please handle with care<br />customers policies.</p> <p>Regards<br />Policyholder ( Sipho Nala)<br /> ********** </p> <p> </p>
