I am not happy and would like your kind assistance

My name is Palesa Modisane, I am a member of Avbob. Policy number; AL ********** X5, claim number; ********** .

My claim was rejected due to policy was not paid up to date, I am afraid to let you know that I wasn’t aware that I kept on missing payments, only found out about this when I went to Avbob offices at Rodepport to submit a claim of my father’s passing. I was not getting any notifications on my phone that I was on errors with payments only found out on the day when I submitted my forms.

Would appreciate if you could please give me a chance and you will deduct from the money that I will receive from the claim.
