Horrific Service

Absolutely horrified with the service. My mother passed away at home on a Sunday morning, and granted, not everyone works on a Sunday, the undertaker who arrived to collect my mothers body, reeked of alcohol.

I can not fault everyone at Avbob, the lady who assisted us with the arrangements was a godsend.

We were however mortified on the day of the funeral when my mothers coffin arrived at home stuffed in the back of a van together with chairs and tents. Is this dignified? The family car was late. The tombstone was loose. The driver of the he**** (read kombi) sped through the streets, the driver of the family car played loud music while we were driving to the cemetery.

On one of the most difficult days of our lives, Avbob failed to be there for us.
