Horrible Service from AVBOB
am deeply disappointed with the service provided by AVBOB. My wife has been dealing with them regarding a policy claim for her late mother, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
There has been little to no communication from their side, leaving us constantly in the dark. To make matters worse, they have shown absolutely no empathy or remorse during this difficult time. A company dealing with bereaved families should prioritize compassion and clear communication, but AVBOB has failed on both counts.
I expected much better from a company in this industry. This lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable.
