Horrible service
I have a claim, my aunt passed away on the 13th of May, I called avbob, sent them an email, sent an email to their complaints department, even now no one had the decency to call me back or process my claim but they debit my bank account on a monthly without giving them problems, I don't recommend it to anyone who is going through pain of liosing a loved one.

24 May 2022, 15:33Kindly process my claim and provide me with the funds, the funeral is taking place this weekend the 28th of May as I need to do proper planning as well, its Tuesday today so meaning I have only 3 days left starting tomorrow to plan. This is soo frustrating. I tried to reach you this morning and was promised to receive feedback before end of business today, I'm still waiting .
