In February 2019, made an enquiry regarding Avbob policy number AL***X8. In my email, I stated that I was enquiring on behalf of my mother, Mrs DP Morolong. She can be contacted at ***.

My enquiry was made with regards to accidental death cover on the aforementioned policy. The insured, Mr ME Moipolai, passed away due to an accidental death on 04 February 2019, and was buried on 16 February 2019.

I wanted to kindly ask if the policy-holder of Avbob policy number AL***X8, Mrs DP Morolong, was not entitled to make a claim for accidental death.

Yet to this day; close to 1 year later, Avbob has not responded. I thus kindly seek the intervention of hellopeter
