Holding body because I cannot afford to pay for transportation, supposed to be free
Holding body because I cannot afford to pay for transportation, supposed to be free. When we took out the policy we were advised to use theire services so we can enjoy service like transportation of body anywhere within boarders of South Africa for free. Today I am being asked to pay. The funeral is tomorrow and AVBOB is telling me that if I do not pay they won't conduct the funeral. Feeling so helpless and frustrated
