Hell service

I received a message that my claim was rejected due to gestation period and the baby was stillbirth which is not true. The baby was born on her 24 weeks gestation period and lived that's why she was registered on home affairs. A stillbirth is a baby that die before delivery or during delivery.Mine did live for hours hence she was registered at home affairs. There was a possibility of her to make it hence she was certified as a human being who died now avbob rejected my claim. And now they are asking for R10000 for them to release her from their mortuary. Why did they take here if she died as a stillbirth. Why are they not referring on their contract under KV5 and the death and registration act so that they can understand what is a stillbirth. All required forms were submitted at they branch and they didn't tell me that according to them is a stillbirth giving me false hope.
