Grievance

Five well deserved stars, I received cash backs. But I don't know how to go about with this issue, I took a policy in 2015 for all my nephews and nieces. And I am proud to say I have received all my cashback without any hassles. The problem started when one of the nephews who passed doesn't on. He is no where on the policies. On the self service, there were so many errors, there is my younger sister, who has her own policies. There's my mom instead of my aunt, she is covered by all of us her children. I don't have a contract from 2015, I am sure they must have records somewhere in their offices.
