Good service

We had a policy for my grandmother at avbob group scheme ,they normally took very long to do the payout. Sins day one Karin at the Upington Branch assist my Mother with the claim process through out the last day and after the funeral . Every time we called her she phone Head office follow up on the Claim. I must applaud her for the phenomenal job she did. She is very helpful and really she stayed back in office after office hours to still assist us and some things that was needed for the funeral. After the funeral she called and do a follow-up to hear if everything went well.
