Good day. I have a problem with Avbob. I noticed a deduction from my salary advice and I didn't have signed for any policy with Avbob because my husband has a policy with Avbob. I made enquiries in the beginning of July not sure about the date. I was given the information about the policy. There were four members covered under that policy which I don't know. The beneficiary is also unknown and my surname was not even spelled correctly. I was ask to send the email for cancellation and refund which I did. To my surprise I saw that there was again a deduction on my salary for July month. I need this deduction to be stopped and the refund from 2022 until to date
