Funeral policy not what was agreed on

About a year ago I took out funeral policy for my uncle for R10000, when I claim today I am told that the policy is for R3000, I mean who in their right mind takes out a policy for that amount when things r so expensive. I am told I took out a policy for my self for that amount, I never asked for that , I am so disgusted I'm beyond words, I am canceling everything with them, what a sit service from whoever this telesales person was
