Funeral happening tomorrow no payout from Avbob
The policy holder which happens to be the deceased, have passed away now we went to Avbob to claim and on Tuesday were told it will processed but that was never done, my aunt whom the policy holder is his son is told today that they forgot to do a payment and the funeral is tomorrow 23 March 2019. When I call the pretoria office am told claims office is busy. You urgent assistance will be appreciated
