Funeral cover ****

My dad has been going to the Benoni offices to get some answers in regards with his policy , however everytime he goes there he leaves frustrated because they cant even provide his policy documents , he wanted a funeral policy for his family however when he went to pay he was told he is behind as they devided his beneficiaries into 3 policies of which hr does not understand , they debit and also take the cash he pays manually without proper explaination. He has asked for thepolicy to be cancelled and be refunded his money that he paid so far because it os obvious that Avbob ****s old people . They promised to call him and they did but as soon as he told the agent that he wants a refund she hung up and he went to the Benoni branch and was told they have escalated and someone will call him that was two weeks ago to this day he has not heard from Avbob again . Now he is worried they will deduct agan and that will be a problem because he has since moved on with anorher funeral policy . Can you please refund him and cancel that policy .

Dear A,

Unfortunately, as the cancellations occurred after the 31-day cooling-off period, we are unable to refund the premiums paid. This condition forms part of the contractual agreement entered into at the inception of the policies.
