My uncle who recruited the whole family to join AVBOB and had policy for years without any claim was left powerless and speechless when he was asked to pay R500 for transportation of his daughter from Gauteng to Limpopo reason being she was transported after hours. As a family we couldn't believe it and tried to stop them to pay but my aunt to pay her words were "Please pay them so I can bury my child" .No words describe this nonsense at the time of grief I heard that these people will prey on you during this time but to me was a myth until last week.Be honest with us Free transportation means Free transportation when you advertise you do not disclose your terms and conditions only when we need help you do that SHAME ON YOU
