********** policy refund
Horrible service by Avbob. 2 months ago I cancelled a ********** funeral policy that was opened in my name. The policy premiums have been deducted from my payslip from January. To date I have not received my refund. I keep calling the complaints department only to be told that my refund is being processed. Such level of incompetence by a reputable company like Avbob is unacceptable.
