My name is Thandokazi Bam AVBOB Policy NumberAL***X9. I am government employee and a policy was open and I was unaware as I have never had dealings with Avbob people. I have been in communication with Avbob since January and part of the problem was resolved as I was refunded for 4months.
According to them/their system the policy commenced on December 2020 bt on my payslip the deductions started going off November 2020. I have forwarded the Nov 2020 & April 2021 payslips to complaints at Avbob and Innocentia their staff that has been helping me. Since I sent those payslip on 15 April nobody has contacted me. I have been in contact with the call centre bt no body is giving any helpful info.
Plz advise what else do I need to do to get my money back, Black Twitter maybe?
