Policy AL***X0 refers. Avbob has been deducting R409 from my gross salary without my authorization for a policy I never signed up for. An investigation was conducted and the policy was was found to be indeed ********** as per my complaint. I send countless emails requesting for a refund and they do not even bother to acknowledge receipt of the emails. I was promised that the investigation report will be sent to me after the investigation had been completed but that I guess will never happen. Avbob people are so disrespectful and arrogant. I hate all of you there for *****ing my hard earned money, shameless bloodsucking scoundrels.
