Never did I think that a company who boasts of their 100 years of existence and "going" strong could ***** from me...I had a ********** policy opened against my name and I have been to their offices at Bridge City Branch and contacted their offices to have this policy cancelled and I was informed that the policy would still deduct from my salary and that it would take four months...four months later am still chasing avbob employees for my money and now I've become a debt collector for something that I did not authorize. Been emailing their complaints department and the person who's suppose to be doing my refund I.Hlokwe but nobody has responded, I've tried contacting them but all get is a consultant who tells me that the person responsible for refunds is Hlokwe is not available right now will send him an email regarding your query. I want my money back from Avbob and it's not fair to be running around and being so inconvenienced by these greedy hungry sales people and company.
