********** FUNERAL POLICY BY AVBOB.

Greetings

My name is Thabisile N Mnqayi, a government employee from.KZN department of Education. My concern is with Avbob, I never had any dealings with them, don't even know their sales people or whatsoever who approached me. All of a sudden I discovered on my payslip a policy deducting an amount of R344 during times like these who would take a policy? Or hiw can I not have my own policies? The worse part is that my information is used but people insured I do not even know ( ghosts). Policy number AL 632 33 91X7. So I should be the one now going to their offices wasting my time through no fault of my own. Such a big company is allowing ********* to prey on innocent people like me who never took the policy. I want this issue to be resolved without me being inconvenienced. Why approve policies without confirming with the person? AVBOB should do something about this and I demand this matter to be resolved as fast as possible , I have no dealings with them and what makes it annoying is that the policy wil never even benefit me as my information is only used but I have no documents or anything which will qualify my family to claim from them.
