Avbob has been deducting money from my payslip since January, apparently for a funeral cover I took. I have never ever had a policy with them. I dont even know the beneficiaries under my name. I submitted all the documents they needed for *****. They stopped deducting in May but still I haven't received my refund. Strange enough no one is able to assist me now as they dont know who is in charge of my case????
