***** by AVBOB 'Brokers'

It is sad to learn that such a reputable insurer does not authenticate its brokers. Some person named Phumzile Nonkonyani from Ezulweni Staffing opened a funeral policy in my name and insured people I do not know and had the audacity to link it to my PERSAL without my permission. Now money is being taken from salary without my permission and AVBOB tells me it's going to take up to 3 or 4 months to fix this mess, in the meanwhile they are taking my money. I have submitted my complaint form to them and I gave to wait 6 weeks for them to investigate. The Popi Act says no one has the right to share anyone's information without their consent and somehow my inforwas shared and used and my money is being taken in the process.

I want this policy stopped immediately and my money refunded. I am not happy at all with AVBOB and their stupid processes.
