***** at Avbob and no help whatsoever

Someone opened a policy in my name at Avbob. I don't have a policy at avbob. I found out when I received my payslip from my employer, Avbob has been taking money for a policy opened on my name that I didn't open. I went their offices and submitted everything but even until now, which is 2 months later, there has been no feedback and I have still not been refunded my money. Which steps can I take to stop this?
