First impression was bad

I requested a call back for the cash back option as I've been your client for years. A lady called me and I explained myself. U could hear from her voice that she was not willing to assist. She said she will transfer me to the correct department and my call was disconnected. If this is the service I'm receiving from you for a simple request after years of being your client. I wonder how I will be treated in time of need.
