feeling de*****ed...

Since the burial for one of my family members on the 14/08/2020 till to date you guys have failed to provide me with an invoice of what I was paying for . I have been escalating this matter to you but am not being attended to .I even had to put the rest of my debit orders of the other policies I still have with you because of trust issues I now have with you. Am I ever gonna be attended to , are you guys ever gonna be willing to give the invoice of the funeral cost . How long are you gonna keep telling me that you are off line (Mangalani branch Soweto since the 11/08/2020 to date ) Last complain ref B*** made on 05/08/2020 , I was told branch is off line , ARE YOU STILL OFF LINE ??? For a company that is suppose to be there for us during a time of need I honestly feel ****** by you guys . You guys are pathetic #ningcolile , how can you take advantage of peoples money while they are in distress?
