False adverti*****t

I submitted a claim at the Avbob branch on the 20th of August 2026. Only received an sms that the claim was processed on 24h afternoon, when I call to follow up as the funeral is this Saturday the 29th I'm told that it's still being processed

so when Avbob states that the claim takes 24-48 hours is not true? Why then lie to people and state that you are there for them yet when they need the funds they need to go through trouble
