ExTension on my Grace Period - I feel ****** !!!

I am so disgusted by the Service & to actually think this is a Company of 100 years & Family orientated!!! I have been with Avbob for many years, had a financial crisis. Avbob used the 3 months grace period against me where is the loyalty? I called in before the 3 months grace period was up, you telling me now that all my money has gone down the drain my family members & I are no longer COVERED ?!! I called in requesting an extension you want to know the response I got from Sherani Govender : Unfortunately my grace period has lapsed. & that was that!! I kindly ask this be rectified and I am provided an extension.
