I just want to say a big thank you to Mr. Monde Vilakazi from your call centre. Employees like Mr. Vilakazi really deserve to be appreciated. I had been struggling to log in to the self-service portal, and after contacting the call centre a few times, I kept getting passed around with promises of a call back that never came.

Mr. Monde was the one who actually helped me. When he said he’d call me back, he really did—and he solved my problem. I truly appreciate what he did for me. Big ups to you, my brother—you can tell you really love your job! Avbob you have a star of an employee he presented your company very well.
