I recently took out a policy with Avbob and did not receive a debit check mandate, I was worried when the policy did not deduct as I had forgotten when was my commencement date. I just spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Erica and she explained every so well even assisted with reloading my banking details so that I do not miss any payments, she took her time to explain the self service portal as well as the Avbob rewards whish I was not aware off.
