Empty promises

Avbob promise to bury your loved one when they die due to unatural causes even if they have not reached the 6 months waiting period, unfortunately my uncle died before he reached the 6 months period, i was given a list of documents to submit and i did, but after they recieved all the documents on the list they wanted a post-mortem report, a month later i managed to get the post-mortem report, but now avbob is not answering my emails on the email address i was given to submit the post-mortem report and the claim is still not paid out.
