Empty promises
They must keep to their promise of 48 hour claim period. I've put my claim on Monday today is Thursday still no pay and i had to call to get feedback and they tell me they are still processing. How am i suppose to proceed with my arrangement if they don't stick to their pay up period. How am i suppose to proceed with the funeral on Sarterday?
