embarasing bad servce
<p>What a very embarasing bad service from Nomonde,</p> <p>I was at the Avbob branch Von Brandi's in Johannesburg several times now for one problem that is even not sorted until to date. I haven't even meet the person who supposed to assist me as the lady at the front keep on sending me back as if I don't know what I want,i actually want to surrender my policy due to financial difficulties. So I would like to know exactly the closing time at Avbob as I was there around 16:00,15:00,15:15 but still get the same respond from the same lady with attitude that PEOPLE WHO WORKS TO SURRENDER POLICY ARE NOT IN,what must I do now coz she is also at the office why can't she assist???</p> <p> </p>
