My name is Katlego Maphutha, I've signed up with AVBOB few years ago and I've never claimed from them. In October 2020, I've made some quotes with other companies and I found a better option. I then sent my identity copy and cancelation letter to AVBOB. Up to this day, my policy is not canceled yet, I've just checked my January salary advise and AVBOB is still going to deduct my family's money on this January month.
I'm so ****ed and disappointed by their level of service.
