Drop coffin in grave!

My brothers daughter lost her battle with cancer on the 16th of October. We had her devastating funeral on the 22nd of October. It was extremely sad and heartbroken to say goodbye to this 5 year old warrior!!! Before she was laid to rest we put some special gifts coffin. Then the funeral operator called 2 helpers working at the cemetery to assist with putting the coffin in the grave. Then they dropped the coffin into the grave head down!!!!! My brother and family members struggled to get her coffin finally in the grave. Finally the coffin was in, and ALL her gifts was under the coffin. We are so so traumatized, words can't explain the shock we went through! Young children just ran away. Never in my life will I use Avbod!! Can you imagine what my brother must go through?
