Dissatisfied
I cannot believe I was requested different documents for a whole week going back and forth being told to certify etc and receive an sms that my claim is declined. When I ask for the policy to be cancelled no one is willing to assist I’m being Transferred to different agents and they are even laughing at me.
I’m disappointed in your service
